My name is Cheryl Perry and I am a realtor for ERA Doty Real Estate. I have a background in insurance where I retired as the property supervisor for a local claims office. I had, for many years, a desire to sell property as opposed to estimating damage to the property. Therefore, after leaving my previous position, I fulfilled that desire and became a real estate agent. I have now been a realtor for 6 years. I am married to my husband, Charlie Perry, who is also retired from the State of Arkansas and now works in construction with his son. We do have 3 children, 6 grandchildren and 2 wonderful Yorkie puppies, Lizzie and Tiny.
Enough about me personally. The message I would like to convey to the public is WHAT IS A REALTOR? Of course, a realtor lists and sells property but they are so much more. A realtor is someone who really cares and wants to help his or her clients. A realtor also represents buyers. Did you know you do not have to go from one realtor to another to look at properties you may be interested in? Chose a realtor you feel comfortable with and let them do the work for you. They can locate property based upon your wants and needs,( including For Sale By Owner with owner’s permission), set up appointments for viewing of the homes and take care of all the paperwork .
